I suppose the best way to find about my running is to take a look at
Ultra Sign-up, they are the quasi-official record keepers for the sport. Some of my best times are:
- 200 miles in 67:58
- 100 miles in 22:59
- 50 miles in 8:41
- 50k in 4:42
- In 12 hour I've run 64.5 miles
- In 24 hour I've run 108.2 miles
I've been lucky enough to run some pretty amazing races:
Headlands Hundred
I've run every single Headlands Hundred since the race started in 2007.
Bay to Breakers
I was the Spider-Man in the "S" in the race's logo for a few years.
The Relay (Solo)
It took me two tries but I completed the 200 mile course in 2010.
International Marathons
Always a cool experience. I've run in Paris, Barcelona and Rome.
The North Downs Way 100
A surprisingly difficult 100 mile race along the North Downs trail in England.
New Year's One Day
The goal of this race is to complete as many 1 mile loops as possible in 24 hours.
Razorback Endurance Race (100 miles)
The course was a 2-mile loop on an asphalt path with a small hill.
Panoramic Photos
I usually take an iPhone with me when I run. I create the panoramas by taking a bunch of photos and stitching them together later.
Healthy obsession: Long-distance running
