This drawing was inspired by love, and classic Gold Key Star Trek comics (the art of Nevio Zeccara, Alberto Giolitti & Al McWilliams). What they could have probably churned out in an afternoon took me hours. It's an odd Valentine, but I am what I am. Come to think of it… drawing was my first love, then I found sci-fi, then I met my wife. I wouldn’t rank them in that order, but chronologically—that’s about right.
